Who can use CupidLunch
CupidLunch is currently a pilot available to people 18 years or older, physically located in Lagos or the FCT (Abuja), Nigeria. By creating an account you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you provide during identity verification is accurate.
Verification
Matching is gated behind a mandatory identity and liveness check: a live camera capture analyzed on your device to confirm a real, present face and a genuine blink. This is a pilot-grade heuristic, not a certified anti-spoofing or biometric identity service, and CupidLunch cannot guarantee that every verified member's claimed identity is accurate.
One introduction at a time
CupidLunch curates a single daily match using your Stability Pillars profile (Finance, Communication, Family), lifestyle overlap, and your private matching preferences, then helps coordinate a lunch date if you both accept. There is no public swiping or browsing of other members.
Your conduct
You agree not to impersonate anyone, harass or threaten other members, share another member's private information without consent, use the app for commercial solicitation, or attempt to circumvent the verification flow. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Meeting in person
CupidLunch facilitates introductions and lunch logistics; it does not supervise or guarantee the safety of in-person meetings. Meet in the public venues we suggest, tell someone else your plans, and use your own judgment — verification reduces risk, it does not eliminate it.
Changes to the app and these terms
CupidLunch is an active pilot — features, matching logic, and these terms may change as we learn. We'll do our best to flag material changes in the app.
Disclaimer & liability
CupidLunch is provided "as is" during this pilot without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CupidLunch is not liable for interactions, dates, or outcomes arising from introductions made through the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
